Our services

Reload Freight Systems arranges freight transportation between shippers and carriers. Load offers and quotes are subject to availability and to final confirmation in a signed rate confirmation or carrier agreement. If these terms conflict with a signed rate confirmation or agreement, the signed document controls for that shipment.

SMS Terms

1. Program description. Reload Freight Systems sends text messages to shippers and carriers about load offers, quotes, and shipment updates.
2. How you opt in. You agree to receive texts by giving verbal consent to a Reload Freight Systems representative during a phone call. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
4. Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your wireless carrier.
5. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.
6. Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or call us at +1 (601) 401-0607.
7. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation, or provide false information.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
